I would like to confirm just how pleased I am at the efforts T. H. White have gone to and results you have delivered regarding the bonnet of my Grand Cherokee. 

I could not have been any more impressed with the level of service, quality and almost more importantly, expectation, management and communication you have provided me with in this matter.

I would like to leave some very positive feedback after my recent purchase with T H White Swindon.

Recently I purchased a used Suzuki Vitara S from the Swindon site, Simon being the man who helped me.

After a few bad experiences with Honda dealers in the local area it was a pleasure to be spoken to and dealt with in a helpful way.

I was instantly shown the car and all questions answered, I was taken on a very decent length test drive covering all the driving situations and speeds. Simon answering all my questions. 

The buying process went smoothly and all queries answered. I had a change in pick up time due to personal circumstances and that was no problem. Hand over went perfect, and even had a follow up call to see all was well.

So my thanks to Simon and the team, It was nice to be taken seriously and I am enjoying my new car very much.

I collected my new Fiat 500L from Paul Trinder at T H White this week and I have had a great experience from start to finish.

Paul had plenty of time for me, and really made me feel like a valued customer. This began with booking a test drive, where he ensured that I got to drive a vehicle that would closely resemble my intended purchase in terms of specification. Any queries that I had were met with a quick response, and I was kept informed as my vehicle was being built, transported, and delivered.

At collection, Paul spent a long time with me going through the features of my car, and has since checked in to make sure everything is still great, which it is, and to ask if I had any further queries.

Great customer service!

I was looking for a used Jeep Renegade. I had had great experience with Westover Jeep in Christchurch a year before, bought a Cherokee from them but 60miles away from where I live. I decided to go into the Reading Jeep dealer first. After looking at all the stock (on my own and in the rain, having been ignored by the staff) I went back into the showroom, the salesman ignored me until another couple came in then briefly asked me what I wanted, I told him I wanted a second hand Renegade and I wanted to go through the price list and mileage (bearing in mind I had just looked at the stock and not all of it was priced). He told me to go look at the website then turned to the couple; I left in disgust.

I decided to go to TH White in Swindon. Totally different experience. I was met by a receptionist who took me directly to a salesman. We discussed what I wanted, he showed me the list (mileage, price etc), organized a test drive, we negotiated, 3 days later I picked up my Renegade!

It is lovely to drive, very smooth the gear change is hardly noticeable, the lane deviation is great down the lanes on the school run, and the heated steering wheel has been fantastic this week.  There are a lot of great features.

I recently had the pleasure of updating my older Jeep Grand Cherokee with a pre-used replacement from Jeep Swindon. As a long standing customer, (well known to your technical and service staff!), I would just like to thank Jeep Swindon and in particular the Sales controller Paul Campbell, for the professional, friendly and informative way I was dealt with during the sales and hand-over process. A mention here also for the valeting guys who did a splendid job preparing the car.

It is not often these days customers are pleasantly surprised by ‘good old fashioned service’, but like the approach I take with my own covered car transport service, hopefully it eventually gets noticed by those who appreciate it.
